A branded hanger turns a disposable shipping item into part of the retail experience. For apparel brands, hotels and uniform suppliers, a consistent custom hanger program also simplifies purchasing and improves presentation across stores and channels.
Four ways to put your brand on a wire hanger
- Printed paper covers: the most cost-effective option. A printed caped cover or paper sleeve carries your logo, size or care message.
- Powder coated wire: match a brand colour rather than the standard white, gold or black finish.
- Printed shirt boards and shoulder guards: add logo and care instructions while protecting collars and shoulders.
- Private-label packaging: printed cartons, barcode labels and store-ready packs for multi-store distribution.
The OEM process, step by step
1. Brief. Share the garment type, hanger size, wire gauge, finish, logo artwork and expected annual volume.
2. Specification. We confirm the hanger form, coating, paper stock, print method and packaging. Where needed, we propose adjustments to reduce cost or improve strength.
3. Sampling. A pre-production sample confirms colour, print position, paper fit and hook shape before bulk production.
4. Production. Wire forming, coating, paper printing and assembly run in our Shaoxing facility. Monthly capacity is 15 x 40-HC containers, which supports both launch volumes and repeat programs.
5. Quality check and packing. Finished hangers are inspected for coating coverage, hook alignment and print quality, then packed to your carton and labelling requirements.
Artwork and colour guidance
Paper covers print best with simple, high-contrast logos. Supply vector artwork where possible. For coated wire, a Pantone or physical swatch gives the closest match. Keep in mind that very light colours show handling marks more than white or black.
Minimum quantities and lead times
Minimums depend on the hanger form and print method. Standard wire forms with a printed paper cover typically have lower minimums than fully custom tooling. Repeat orders are faster because artwork and specifications are already approved. Ask for a written schedule with your quotation.
